(3) Personal data information will only be transmitted and disclosed to tutors or tutor seekers that have made specific requests with given consent.
(4) Tutor seekers or tutors are entitled to access to their own personal data information subject to prior confirmation of identification and password.
(5) Tutor seekers or tutors may edit or amend personal data information at any time.
(6) Subject to legal requirements, all personal data information will be retain by HomeTuition.com.my until a formal requests to erase his/her own personal data from HomeTuition.com.my database.
